Installation was quick and easy and they knew what they were doing. My only complaint was that approval from Georgia power took so long.

We want to commend the crew sent to work on our solar panels. Professional, professional, professional. They fixed our broken panels, and in the process found and fixed some questionable panels. They took the time to get permission and not void our warranty. They updated our system, as well as, finding and correcting some installation issues that another solar company installed, again, getting permission. Now we are seeing on our app, an increase in production, that we did not have after the initial installation. During the time they were working and after finishing, they explained everything. How the system works, what we should be seeing on the computer for production, and how to interpret what we see. Teddy and Brandon were incredible. We feel like knowledgeable solar owners. From start to finish, Solar Energy Partners Atlanta was a top notch solar company with which to work. I had been considering going solar for quite some time when I received a call from a sales rep from SEP. She was very nice and set up an appointment with Jared, a very knowledgeable and local front man for the company. He just confirmed for me that for us, solar power was the way to go. Jared and the company totally handled the complicated paperwork as well as navigated the in's and out's of dealing with the city inspectors and the approval needed by Georgia Power. They even handled arranging for the financing. As far as the actual installation, Teddy and Jeremy and team were total professionals. They arrived on time and worked long days to get the installation done in three days. Watching the team, I was very impressed by the high quality of their work, the products installed, and the minimal invasiveness inside our home. They were all diligent in making sure the installation of our 22 solar panels were not just functional, but esthetically pleasing. They cleaned up after themselves and were overall very professional. We've had the panels up and functioning for about two weeks. I have been amazed at how much power the system generates. We are not only able to power our entire home, but we actually are able to sell power back to Georgia Power! And I am able to keep track of how the system is performing on an app on my phone. I can watch from moment to moment how the system is producing, as well as look back by the week, month, or year at the record of the system performance. So far, we have sold way more power back to Georgia Power than we have used. We couldn't be happier with Solar Energy Partners Atlanta! I highly recommend them to everyone!

If you have a clarity on what you want to become energy independent, SEP is the perfect company to fulfill your needs and requirements. I did lot of research on so many other solar companies nothing come close to my expectations except SEP. Impressive and friendly staff members, great service especially Rob Marsteller from sales did a great job in answering my questions and giving clarity how the system supposed to be for my home. Great workmanship from the Project manager, Jeremy and the team. John Hurley and Mimoza Fetai from administration team are helpful in coordinating with project management. Overall, I am happy for being a customer of SunPower through SEP.

The project manager updated me on every step and each milestone was completed and also step by process is available on their mobile app. Starting from Sales through Installtion was seamless and it took less than 2 months. Great Solar company, system got installed on schedule and saves 100s on electric bill every month. Highly responsive and friendly crew. Excellent problem solving skills. Jeremy came out and discovered an issue with the transformer on the street. GA power came out and fixed the wiring in the transformer. After that fix the solar system was working like a champ. The salesman Scott, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He ensured that all my needs pertaining to the solar were met. The app works great and is easy to use. Great service and customer experience. I’m really impressed with how professional, organized and knowledgeable everyone was/is at Solar Energy Partners. My goal was to have the solar system operational by the end of the year 2023 if possible. The Solar Energy Partners team (Scott Yum, John Hurley, and Mimoza Fetai ) put a project plan together in October that would have the Solar System up and running before the end of the year 2023. My Solar System was activated on Dec. 21st. Outstanding A+++ The installation group that installed the solar system were experienced, efficient and the work quality is excellent. They did a great job. A+++ "I’m a very, very happy customer." If you are considering installing a solar system, I highly recommend Solar Energy Partners. I talked with 4 solar power companies and met with one company that provided a proposal to install a solar power system. Before signing any agreement, I checked the Better Business Bureau’s website and saw all these complaints about the company. I contacted the salesman and ask for 3 satisfied customers that I could talk to. Never received a call back with any customer references. I also asked the salesmen from the other 3 companies for customer references. I never received a call back from the salesmen with any customer references or to set up a meeting to go over their solar system. The Better Business Bureau had Solar Energy Partners listed with an A+ rating. I contacted them and received a call from Scott Yum to set up a meeting. Scott provided me a proposal. I ask for 3 customer references, and he gave me 3 customer references immediately. I call the customer's and all of them were very positive about their solar system, the installation and customer service. That sealed the deal.

The following Review of “Solar – Energy Partners” / SunPower was unsolicited. Customer/jrs – Clover,SC After careful research, I interviewed 3 solar companies. I decided to work with SunPower for my solar needs. James, my sales person was one of my reasons for selecting SunPower. His sales approach was straight forward, up front and honest. It was a relief, not having to deal with a car salesman. James told me repeatedly, if I ever had any questions or issues of any kind to call him first and he would make sure it was addressed and I was satisfied. And he always did. The installation went really good, except for the bad weather and the remnants of Covid 19. Jeremy, and his installers were experienced and friendly at all times. The two issues I did encounter were repaired and possibly were a result of squirrels nesting in 3 different places under my solar panels. During my conversation with John the service manager at “Solar – Energy Partners” he mentioned a product called Critter Guard could be installed at a cost. It was more than reasonable to have their service group install the protection around all openings under my solar panels. It no longer sounds like the squirrels are playing in my attic. In closing, my profession is field service, for a major computer company. As a customer service representative we had to maintained high standards of service, behavior and honestly with our customers. James, Jeremy and John all mentioned above, have been outstanding to work with. Their positive work ethic seems to be consistent company wide. My system is about 40 panels and almost 3 years old. We love our new solar energy system! James Meyer is our go to person!! He sold us our system, he walked us through every step of the process, and he continues to be there for us for anything at all that we need. He checks on our system to ensure that all is well and he checks in with us. Our SunPower team sent us an email with every step of the process and they updated it and sent it to us again as each step was checked off. We never had to wonder where we were in the process, which really helped. I can’t say enough good things about SunPower and, especially, about James Meyer. He’s awesome to work with!

Solar Panels look great on the roof, low profile and streamlined. Solar Energy worked with my roofing company to.make sure they would not void warranty. Teddy was phenomenal, connecting the Solar panels and battery to the house. Teddy made sure we were pleased with location of all components. Final product is perfect. We are enjoying our renewable energy.
